CEO & Founder
With a background in chemical engineering and food science, Sarvesh has led product innovation for top CPG brands, specializing in functional ingredients, beverages, and clean-label foods. He founded PsyQ to redefine how we energize and focus—on the go. Frustrated by the crash-and-burn cycle of traditional energy drinks, Sarvesh combined science and purpose to craft a smarter solution: functional coffee shots tailored to fuel your mind and body, without compromise.
Andy Li
COO & Co-Founder
With a background in finance from various investment banks and entertainment, Andy brings a sharp, execution-first mindset to PsyQ. He brings extensive experience in operations and cross-functional team leadership, expertly translating strategic vision into executable plans. As COO, he oversees all operational aspects of PsyQ—supply chain, legal, accounting, finance, and beyond—ensuring seamless execution across the board. He is excited to build a functional beverage brand that energizes and empowers people to excel in their daily pursuits.
